Summary: Save-A-Turtle's Education Trailer has long served as a mobile classroom, bringing sea turtle awareness to communities throughout the Florida Keys and surrounding areas. From environmental events and festivals to local schools, the trailer has educated thousands about sea turtle conservation and coastal protection. To continue inspiring and engaging the public, the trailer is will be both physical and technological refreshed. The updated trailer will feature new educational videos, interactive electronic games, and engaging signage designed to enhance the learning experience for visitors of all ages. It will also include printed materials for visitors to take home, as well as permanent and portable sea turtle education displays for flexible outreach. In keeping with Save-A-Turtle's commitment to sustainability, the revamped trailer will be powered by solar energy-reducing its environmental footprint while serving as a model for renewable energy use in education. This refreshed and modernized mobile learning center will allow us to continue sharing the importance of protecting sea turtles and the marine ecosystems they depend on for years to come.
